Transnational criminal organization originating from Aragua state, Venezuela, based in Tocorón prison. Founded around 2009-2010, it engages in human trafficking, drug trafficking, extortion, and murder. Led by Héctor 'Niño' Guerrero, it is considered the most powerful criminal group in Venezuela, with operations expanding to several Latin American countries and the United States. Designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the U.S. in 2025.
