Mexican criminal organization founded in 2008 by Jorge Ernesto Sáenz and Éder Ángel Martínez, operating as an armed wing of the Sinaloa Cartel in Ciudad Juárez and the El Paso metropolitan area. Known for their artistic skills in drawing and graffiti, they engage in homicide, drug dealing, extortion, and robbery. Currently one of the main violent groups in Chihuahua, controlling part of the Cereso 3 prison and in conflict with rival groups.
